Estate Management Assistance

Family members or close friends may suddenly find themselves carrying out the duties of an executor. During this period of grief, they often do not realize the enormous and time intensive job they have required. Attorneys and accountants are the key advisors but they do not have the staff to physically assist the estate administrator on site. Clients will maintain the fiduciary and legal role and responsibilities of the estate administrator.

Seniors relocating will assist with:

The estate executor to go through the home to find important papers and assets

Establish a filing system to maintain records for tax purposes

Organize the contents of the home

Obtain the value of the contents for estate tax purposes

Dissolve the deceased's physical assets with the heirs

Arrange for disposition of what is left to liquidators, auctioneers and estate sales after the distribution to the heirs

Contact real estate professionals and coordinate other services as needed to prepare the property for sale

Your job as an executor can require a great deal of time filling out paperwork and connecting with family members. Seniors relocating will free up your time so you can take care of such tasks.
